Fees:
RGV Woodland Oaks HOA Fees are $250.00 per year and are due January 1st of each year.
Late Fees:
A $20.00 late fee is applied after the end of January.
An additional $50.00 late fee is added at the end of each month thereafter.
The amount owed continues to accumulate until the total owed is paid in full.
Online Yearly Fee Payments are no longer available for 2025. Online payment for 2026 dues will be available starting in November of 2025. All members that have not paid 2025 dues are now subject to late fees that must be paid by check or money order and mailed to the HOA's P.O. Box.
Amount owed will be $250.00 + $20.00 (January) + $50.00 for each month late.
