The HOA documents are posted here and give the HOA Board the right to manage the RGV Woodland Oaks HOA within the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.

-Incorporation documents register the HOA as a non-profit corporation. These documents describe the type of organization within which the HOA functions .

-The CC&R's (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions) set out the rules of the HOA community. They describe the requirements and limitations of what you can do with your property. The goal of the CC&R's is to protect, preserve, and enhance property values in the community.

-The bylaws govern how the HOA operates.

-A Management Certificate is required to show what properties are within the HOA and track revisions to the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. Currently the HOA is managed by the Board.

-Annexation documents specify lots that are annexed to the HOA and are governed by the HOA.
